Hi, I’m Wayne Jones, the host of Different Shapes. Today I’m letting you know that this will be the last episode of the podcast.

I liked the original idea for Different Shapes, but I found that even after just four episodes I could tell that the topics were too scattered, and frankly not that compellingly interesting. Add that to a general tone of seeming to be complaining about petty things, and add to that the sense that the satire of it, the humour, has not been working.

Thanks to those of you who listened. Today, on the same day as I am taping up the boxes and removing the plant from my Different Shapes office, and being escorted out by security, I’ve also launched another podcast called Please Sit Down, Wayne. Please check that one out and I am hoping you might find it more interesting.
